Ecclesiastical Board
The Ecclesiastical Board is made up of the ministry leaders of the church, including the staff. The board meets on a weekly basis to make the day-to-day decisions of the church, evaluate recent ministry, plan ministry details, and put action steps to the vision God has given our church.
Financial Board
The Financial Board is comprised primarily of lay-leaders in the congregation. They meet quarterly to set the financial priorities and budget of the church, review and evaluate the previous quarter, and make the business decision necessary for the operation of the church.

LifeGroups are the primary vehicle for discipleship and relationship at the Vineyard. They are small groups that meet in homes at various times throughout the week. Each LifeGroups is unique, but they all provide an opportunity for deeper discussion about the messages and the Bible, and a deeper connection with people who provide care, encouragement, prayer and help for one another.
LifeGroup leaders serve to shepherd the people of the Vineyard. They are spiritual leaders in the church and provide prayer ministry and care for those in need. They encourage the growth of the individuals in their groups and serve as an incredible resource when you need accountability, godly advice, or just need someone who will listen.

There are always opportunities for ministry at the Vineyard. We value gift-based ministry, and believe that every believer has a divinely ordained place in the body of Christ. The ministry of the people at the Vineyard is “how stuff works.”
