Back in March, we set a goal to see 100 people come to Christ through the ministries of our church in 12 months.  We’ve never been fixated on numbers, or on measuring things.  The truth is, we’ve not really kept count of salvations until…uhm…about four months ago!

We also recognize that you can’t keep a completely accurate count of something that is inherently spiritual and completely supernatural.  On the other hand, we want to be able to look back and have some sort of indicator of our effectiveness in bringing the beautiful message of Jesus to people. So we came up with an admittedly flawed method of keeping track, and challenged our church to be all the more intentional about sharing their faith.

Four months into it, we just hit the halfway mark!  50 people have made commitments to follow Jesus and afterward came and got some information about how to take the next step!  50 people!

I’m incredibly excited about this!  Keep bringing your friends, keep sharing your faith, and keep praying that we reach that goal  and beyond!
